About
Since my childhood, sports have been an important part of my life, and I was professionally trained in swimming, tracking, and badminton. I started to play basketball and soccer in middle school, both of which are still my favorite sports now.
However, everything was changed after one seemingly ordinary afternoon. I fell during a basketball game and slammed my back against the ground. I turned from a popular sports player to just a regular guy whose lower back hurt so much that he could not stand for more than 20 minutes. You could imagine it.
We all have moments that significantly alter our life paths. For me, that moment came when I was sitting on the bench, agonizing over my body while watching everyone else running carefree. I realized that I needed to learn how to fix myself and others like me, and I determined to be the best at it. Just like that, I've been living for that purpose for almost ten years now, and it took me to places I could have never imagined as a child.
Now I am much more confident at what I do, pursuing my degrees through some of the finest school in the US and interned through rigorous clinics/hospitals across NYC. I've helped hundreds of patients of all age groups to alleviate pain, improve their functions, and get stronger. When I'm sweating away in the clinic, helping all my patients/clients reaching their goals, I would sometimes think about that benched little boy. Would he believe me if I told him the journey he'd be on?
Sincerely,
